Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and implement complex data center projects from inception to completion
- Lead and coordinate commissioning efforts for generator delivery and startup
- Oversee project schedules and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Facilitate on-site meetings and drive issue resolution
- Communicate resource constraints and project needs to stakeholders
- Complete comprehensive commissioning documentation
- Serve as the on-site safety lead, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Develop and track detailed project plans and timelines
- Monitor project status and manage risk
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and assign resources as needed
- Coach team members and provide developmental feedback
- Share knowledge across teams to foster collaboration
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successful team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
