About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Art Director to help guide the evolution of a fast-moving brand entering a new era of digital excellence. This role calls for a creative leader who thrives where concept, craft, and technology meet. You will define and refine the brand’s digital visual identity across all platforms while mentoring a high-performing creative team.
You will oversee the development and execution of every digital visual asset — spanning website, mobile web, app, and email — ensuring each piece reflects a modern, elevated aesthetic aligned with the brand’s long-term vision. With a foundation in fashion or luxury, you will approach storytelling with a holistic lens, ensuring seamless visual cohesion from homepage to PDP.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape impactful work while partnering closely with art directors, designers, photographers, and cross-functional leaders to translate brand campaigns into compelling digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
Provide creative leadership across all digital channels, including Web (Client, PLP, PDP), App, and Email.
Develop sophisticated visual concepts that support brand strategy and seasonal storytelling.
Direct and manage photography and video shoots, delivering work that meets the highest standards of quality and brand alignment.
Mentor art directors and designers, encouraging creative exploration while upholding clarity and consistency.
Partner across teams — including marketing, product, and technology — to ensure visual storytelling aligns with business objectives.
Promote innovation by incorporating new technologies such as AI, Figma, and motion design into creative workflows.
Maintain visual continuity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive customer journey from initial engagement through conversion.
Who You Are
A highly creative and meticulous visual storyteller with at least seven years of art direction experience, ideally in fashion, beauty, or luxury e-commerce.
A hands-on creative leader with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual ability, brand storytelling, and refined visual taste.
Experienced in digital production and team leadership, with a background managing large-scale content creation.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics, and modern AI-driven creative tools.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting, balancing strategic goals with forward-looking design innovation.
Deeply committed to craftsmanship, collaboration, and elevating brand expression across every digital asset.
