About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Associate Art Director of Social and Brand Transformation to join a rapidly growing, digital-forward organization. In this highly influential position, you will collaborate closely with the AVP of Direct to advance a comprehensive brand evolution. Your work will blend compelling storytelling with cultural relevance, driving the creation of digital and social content that reflects a unified and elevated visual identity.
This position is ideal for a creative leader eager to build, refine, and elevate. You will guide the full creative process—from conceptualization through production—ensuring that every campaign and asset reinforces a strong, cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the AVP of Direct and the Digital Art Director to guide a major brand overhaul, establishing a refreshed visual language and narrative approach for social.
Develop and produce impactful campaigns aligned with the company’s new brand platform.
Transform key brand messages into engaging visual content tailored for all social channels, including short-form video, photography, and influencer storytelling.
Lead the complete creative workflow, including ideation, shoot direction, design development, and final execution of assets.
Provide creative direction and inspiration to designers, editors, photographers, and copywriters to ensure polished, high-impact deliverables.
Monitor cultural, retail, and social trends to ensure content remains relevant, forward-thinking, and resonant.
Maintain exceptional standards of visual craft with an editorial perspective and deep understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and narrative-driven design.
Work effectively across video, photography, and motion, participating hands-on in editing, composition, layout, and overall art direction.
Who You Are
Bring at least five years of experience in content creation and art direction, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or social-first brands or agencies.
Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking supported by the ability to pitch, execute, and refine standout creative work.
Possess an in-depth understanding of social platforms and the nuances of translating brand stories into native, platform-specific content.
Excel in cross-functional collaboration, elevating work in partnership with teams such as copywriting, strategy, and production.
Offer a highly refined visual sensibility with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced with motion and editing tools; familiarity with Figma, Premiere, and After Effects is beneficial.
