Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Huffman, TX. The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee complex industrial projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources, conducting inspections, supervising logistics and expediting processes, and ensuring project timelines, safety standards, and budgets are met. The role requires leadership in managing cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and driving project success while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. This position requires wearing multiple hats.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects effectively
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Skills in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain safety and operational standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for efficient resource allocation and oversight
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
