This is a full-time on-site role located in Huffman, TX. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring budgets align with company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating project specifications, determining project needs, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring estimates align with timelines and financial objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams to provide accurate and timely cost data to support decision-making.

• Strong expertise in Project Estimation and Construction Estimating processes
• Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting to maintain financial accuracy
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors
• Attention to detail and analytical abilities to ensure accurate estimations
• Proficiency in relevant software or estimating tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience as a project estimator in the construction or industrial sector is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
