Wellness Sales Associate – Panther Longevity

Panther Longevity is seeking an outgoing, motivated Wellness Sales Associate to help customers improve their health, recovery, performance, and overall well-being.

Our stores combine wellness services with carefully selected supplements and health products. We are looking for someone who can confidently connect with customers, explain the science behind our offerings, and recommend appropriate products, services, and membership options based on each customer’s goals.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional experience
• Learn and explain the science behind Panther Longevity’s wellness services and products
• Educate customers about services such as infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, LED skin therapy, and body composition analysis
• Help customers choose supplements, services, packages, and memberships
• Conduct wellness consultations and discuss customers’ general health and wellness goals
• Schedule appointments and assist customers with the booking process
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Meet individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Follow company procedures and avoid making unsupported medical claims

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a genuine people person who enjoys talking with customers and helping them find solutions. You should be comfortable with sales while maintaining an educational, consultative approach.

Medical, health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness knowledge is strongly preferred. However, we are also open to candidates who are highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to learn the science behind our services and products.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience
• Confidence recommending products, services, and memberships
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, recovery, or longevity
• Ability and willingness to learn scientific and technical information
• Comfortable discussing wellness goals with customers
• Dependable, professional, and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using point-of-sale, scheduling, and customer-management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in nursing, medical assisting, physical therapy, chiropractic care, personal training, nutrition, aesthetics, supplement sales, or wellness services is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour
• Additional commission based on sales performance
