$17.00/hour- $22/hour (based on exp) Monthly Performance Incentives

Duties
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Perform patient intakes
- Draw blood (phlebotomy)- if you have experience
- Administer injections ( hormones, steroid, peptides)
- Assist with IV therapy
- Prepare exam rooms
- Manage inventory
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Document in EMR
- Educate patients on treatment plans
- Assist with wellness, hormone, weight loss, and peptide programs
What we are looking for:

- Experience giving injections preferred
- EMR experience preferred
- Open to learning functional medicine
Paramedic, CMA, EMT, MA, LVN preferred.
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday: Closed
Please note: Wednesday and Thursday clinic hours are expected to expand to 4:00 PM in the future.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
