What You'll Do
The Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance (PM) Analyst will administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include application development, testing, and deployment in various software including SAP High-performance ANalytic Appliance (HANA). Experience with software design, Software Quality Assurance processes, SAP configuration, and business process analysis are required. Experience with S/4 HANA, Sharepoint, Access Databases, Process Work Flow Management, Tableau, Corporate Information Center and other plant Maintenance interfaces such as Safety and Project Systems is desirable.
The SAP Plant Maintenance Analyst must be a team player with a firm working knowledge of primary plant maintenance processes and interfaces such as Materials Management, Logistics, Quality Management, and Document Management. Must be able to coordinate work tasks with support organizations and use strong presentation and written communication skills to interface effectively with all levels of employees and management. The Maintenance Analyst will join an established team containing both functional and technical members that support Infrastructure work processes and must be able to work with users to document requirements, recommended solutions, configure SAP PM, perform mass loads of data, and work with the Technical Team members to implement custom solutions. The Maintenance Analyst will also create and perform documented testing, train users, and maintain documentation using the agile project management and software quality assurance processes.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. (Typical experience ranging from 7 to 10 years.)
- OR Master’s Degree with: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. (Typical experience ranging from 7 to 10 years.)

- Applicants without a Bachelor's Degree may be considered based on a combination of 12 or more completed education and/or relevant experience.
