What You'll Do
Primary responsibility will be working in cross-functional teams, solve programmatic, production / process issues, integrate production activities across organizational boundaries, analyze programmatic requirements through variance analysis techniques, develop executable weapon program and work center production schedules, and monitor routings for variance through manufacturing systems (PeopleSoft) routing steps. The role will be responsible for effectively analyzing processes through data analytics by streamlining data collection processes for automating different business processes. Will also provide technical leadership in collaborating on transformation initiatives with various business Subject Matter Experts (e.g., engineering, logistics, manufacturing operations, production stores, program integration, and program planning). Additional responsibilities include supporting cycle time verifications in association with assembly, disassembly, explosive technology, and special nuclear material processes. Develop and implement data collection systems, databases and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality through metrics in support of mission programs working with Program Integration, Operations, Engineering, and leadership

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline.
- Master's degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline.
- OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 8 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering
- Data analytics using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including Visual Basic Applications [VBA], power query, and Pivot Tables), Access, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with development software
- Python, PeopleSoft, SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) (PP [SAP Production Planning module] and MM [SAP Materials Management modules]), Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, Tableau or Power BI, and Share Point and or Info Path
- Understands basic statistics and database design and familiarity to create maintainable workflows
- Proficiency in Data Cleaning, Data Manipulation, and Data Visualization
- Relevant, progressive work supporting Pantex (PX) Production, Quality, or Programmatic initiatives
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and improve physical and system processes
- Excellent verbal, written (including technical writing) and presentation communication skills
