What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Analyst position at Pansophic Learning?
We are hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. You will be part of a growing function within the organization and report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing Analytics. Your tasks will include but are not limited to performing data analysis, assist in data governance, reporting development and documenting processes across all lines of business. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, keen attention to detail and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Associate Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

Associate Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Gather critical information from and for various stakeholders
- Effectively communicate insights and ideas to cross-functional team members and management
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Effectively prioritize competing resources and priorities based on business needs and requirements
- Coordinate and participate in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Support Marketing team on additional projects as assigned
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Advanced technical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
