What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escape Room Game Master position at Paniq Room Indy?
PanIQ Escape Room is looking for a Game Master for our location in Indianapolis! Join a small, dedicated team to host and maintain world-class escape games.
Starting pay is $16/hour, pay can grow commensurate with your performance!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest services/hosting
- Monitor and guide players in the game room (using camera system and proprietary software)
- Protect and maintain the game equipment (e.g. fixing broken props, paint touchups, monitoring performance of equipment)
- Employee reward system for sales (of merch and games)
- Administrative--phone calls and emails
- Marketing- create short videos/posts on our social media accounts
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required, 1 year college preferred
- Interest in games and puzzles is a must!
- Please be charismatic, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Skills in visual arts, performance arts, carpentry, or electronics a plus!
