Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by facilitating interactive games and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a friendly and engaging atmosphere
- Explain game rules and provide instructions to players
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or clues when necessary
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during game sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas with daily cleaning tasks
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Conduct briefings and debriefings for players before and after game sessions
Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling, guest services, or customer service is preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage players and provide clear instructions
- Knowledge of food service operations is beneficial
- Events management or hospitality experience is a plus
