Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Milling Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flour milling operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain mill sifters and screens, identify and repair flour and air leaks.
- Assist with other maintenance needs in the mill.
- Monitor flour additives, ingredients, supplies, flour, and feed inventory.
- Interact with other department employees to communicate workflow and ensure production efficiencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a background in milling or maintenance.
- Strong reading comprehension, writing, math, and communication skills.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and schedules.
