Scheduler/Dispatcher

We are currently seeking a candidate who will be required to assist with directing, dispatching and routing 12-14 different crews through out the day. You must be able to communicate with senior level management in often stressful situations on a daily basis. The information you share must be clear, concise, and easily understood to ensure crews know their entire assignment. The ability to multi-task is mandatory, and you must be able to take appropriate action with little to no supervision.

** Duties and Responsibilities -

• Receive, record and address all incoming calls/text/emails - 100 requests on average per day.
• Solve problems and incoming requests by communicating with the necessary parties and come to an immediate solution.
• Prioritize inbound calls according to their urgency and dispatch crews accordingly.
• Monitor project progress and assure timely completion.
• Generate daily work orders for crews based on schedule.
• ** Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience as a dispatcher/scheduler.
• Rapid and accurate typing with experience in data entry.
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Active listener with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to work under pressure and problem solve with no supervision.

Salary will be dependent on experience. The work hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and may also require additional hours depending on workload.
