Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Support technicians with job information and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer and job records
- Answer phones with a positive, professional attitude
Qualifications
- Dispatching or HVAC office experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer systems
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
