Our client, a fast-growing and highly respected plaintiff's law firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team in Dothan, Alabama.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and wants to play a meaningful role in a collaborative, growth-oriented practice. You'll manage complex personal injury matters from case evaluation through resolution while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities- Evaluate potential personal injury claims and determine case viability.
- Investigate claims and develop case strategy.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
- Effectively manage a litigation caseload while collaborating with paralegals and legal support staff.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
- 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Passion for client advocacy and delivering outstanding legal representation.
