We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst III to join their Corporate IT team. This role supports internal business systems, with a primary focus on Payroll-related applications and processes.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Payroll, SAP Employee Central, and workforce management tools, along with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and drive process improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret data, develop reports, and deliver analysis to support business operations
Identify and monitor key data points that impact performance and decision-making
Participate in requirements-gathering sessions; collaborate with end users and provide technical and functional guidance
Work closely with design, development, and solution management teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
Partner with SAP and non-SAP technical teams to define and build system enhancements and custom objects
Develop test plans and execute unit, regression, and system integration testing
Research and recommend application best practices; support end users in fully utilizing system functionality
Manage master data and application support for assigned modules, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Update documentation, job aids, and procedures as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned by project leadership
Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
4–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and SAP Employee Central
4–5 years of experience with workforce management systems (WorkForce Software or similar such as Workday)
Experience with complex ERP implementations and cross-module integrations
Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI
Experience with tools like WinShuttle/Precisely, Spinifex reporting, Snowflake, SQL (preferred)
Strong understanding of payroll cycles (weekly, monthly, off-cycle)
Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Proven project leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor team members
Ability to work independently and collaborate across diverse functional teams
Ability to travel occasionally based on project needs
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety guidelines
Consistent, reliable attendance
Ability to use company-provided tools and technology effectively
