We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to a busy sales team. This contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support brokers and Sales Representatives with daily service requests.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and sales activities.
• Coordinate quotes and assist with online quote submissions.
• Maintain broker records and update Salesforce database.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and sales materials.
• Route inquiries and coordinate requests with internal departments.
• Research prospective clients and communicate product updates.
• Meet performance goals and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of sales support or administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Life insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
