- Handle title curative work, resolving both simple and complex title defects
- Analyze loan, title, and foreclosure documents for legal and compliance accuracy
- Support non-judicial foreclosure processes from review through execution
- Manage an independent caseload while meeting turnaround expectations (24–48 hours)
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Draft and review legal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate updates in case management and client systems
- J.D. and active Alabama law license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law, title review, or title curative work
- Strong understanding of title standards and foreclosure processes
- Ability to manage volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Multi-state licensure (GA, TX, or MS a plus)
- Experience with mortgage servicing or foreclosure client systems (e.g., BKFS, Tempo)
