Job Duties:
- Perform accounts payable processing.
- Code invoices to general ledger account.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Input invoices into system.
- Reconcile AP control accounts to detail aging.
- Pay sales tax on invoices and keep records of payments.
- Monitor company credit card charges and expenses.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of experience in AP preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
