- Support the Accounting Department with A/P, A/R, and Credit/Collections tasks
- Perform heavy filing and accounting duties
- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors at company headquarters
- Assist with general office and accounting tasks
- Knowledge and experience in accounting and office settings preferred
- Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable and able to commute or relocate to Bessemer, AL
