Key Responsibilities
- Site Prep & Assembly: Assemble, install, and secure solar panels, mounting hardware, and electrical components based on building plans.
- Electrical Work: Connect panels to the electrical grid, including wiring, grounding, and installing inverters.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, local building codes, and structural regulations.
- Testing & Maintenance: Perform routine troubleshooting, diagnostics, and testing to ensure system functionality.

Required Qualifications & Skills
