The Seasonal Warehouse Assistant supports our Warehouse Operations, helping process merchandise while maintaining Pandora’s high standards of quality and care. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Your Role As a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant
- Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment
- Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines
- Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling
- Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records
- Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and material handling
- Participate in special projects and peak‑volume support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Basic math skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks safely
- Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed
