Job Responsibilities
- Reviews, interprets, and abstracts critical information from commercial real estate leases, franchise agreements and related documents such as CCRs.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of all lease abstracts, complying with company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborates with AI developers and engineers to train an AI platform for lease abstraction. Feeds AI models with sample leases, providing input on common lease structures and terminology. Reviews and corrects AI-generated abstracts to improve model performance over time. Conducts regular quality assurance tests of the AI platform, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Coordinates with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of the AI platform, including all the updates.
- Prepares reports on abstracted data upon request and on lease abstraction progress and AI platform performance.
- Supports special projects as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, accounting, or real estate
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- Minimum three years of relevant experience; experience working with AI systems or automated tools in a legal or real estate setting preferred
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
