Position Overview
We're hiring a Front Desk / Playground Attendant with strong weekday availability.
This position combines front desk responsibilities, customer service, playground supervision, and general facility support. The ideal candidate enjoys working around children and families, is comfortable multitasking, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet families and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
- Check in guests, process admissions and payments, and assist with required waivers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions about pricing, memberships, birthday parties, and events.
- Assist with birthday party inquiries and bookings.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.
Playground Attendant & Facility Support
- Monitor playground areas and help ensure guests follow safety rules.
- Assist children and parents when needed.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facility.
- Help maintain party rooms, seating areas, restrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with birthday parties, special events, and daily operations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to keep the facility running smoothly.
Schedule & Availability
We are specifically looking for candidates with reliable weekday availability.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
- Daytime availability is important, with the flexibility to work into the evening.
- Ideal availability is approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, depending on scheduled shifts.
- Flexible scheduling within those hours; employees are not expected to work the entire period.
- Occasional weekend availability is a plus but is not the primary requirement.
- Hours may vary depending on business needs, customer traffic, and scheduled events.

Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule consistently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, and handling transactions.
- Ability to multitask in an active, sometimes busy environment.
- Willingness to help with cleaning, playground monitoring, and other operational tasks.
- Previous receptionist, retail, childcare, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
