What You’ll Do: Outside Sales Team Lead / Business Development Leader
As a Outside Sales Team Lead / Business Development Leader, you will:
Lead & Develop a Team
- Coach and train Business Development Representatives on door-to-door strategy, communication, and objection handling
- Set daily expectations and hold team members accountable to performance goals
- Support onboarding and development of new hires
- Knock doors and generate your own leads and appointments
- Ensure team lead generation and appointment goals are consistently met
- Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain strong energy and momentum in the field
- Be active in the field daily
- Demonstrate consistency, resilience, and a strong work ethic
- Represent Panda Exteriors professionally and positively
- You are responsible for your results AND your team's results
- You will coach others through rejection, inconsistency, and growth
- You will need to hold others accountable - even when it's uncomfortable
- You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work outdoors daily and stay active on your feet throughout your shift
- This is a performance-driven leadership role, not a management-from-the-sidelines position
Compensation and Growth: Outside Sales Team Lead / Business Development Leader
For the Outside Sales Team Lead / Business Development Leader role, we offer:
- Pay: $75,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year (base pay performance-based bonuses commission)
- Base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses tied to leads, appointments, sales, and team production
- Clear path into Sales Representative or Leadership roles within 6–12 months based on performance

What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or business development (required)
- Proven performance in a sales or lead generation role
- Leadership experience OR strong desire to lead and develop others
- Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Team player with a positive, coachable attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned territories
