What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Project Support position at Pancoast Staffing Services, Inc.?
Pittsburgh area company in need of project support for their upcoming summer program. The selected candidates will be the main point of contact with participants involved with the program and will be responsible for keeping accurate records of time and attendance.
Duties to include:
· Verify that all initial paperwork related to program participation and payroll processing is accurately completed and entered into project database.
· Be proactive in ensuring time has been entered into time and attendance
· Verify accuracy of hours entered and proactively contact provider if no time has been entered
· Answer all questions from providers and youth regarding their time entry
· Answer payroll questions from youth and parents
Requirements:
· Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail
· Professional verbal and written customer service skills
· Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new systems
· Troubleshooter and problem solver
· Team player willing to assist where needed
NOTE: This is a 3-4 month assignment.
Salary : $22 - $23
