This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in West Chester, PA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets, and maintain high standards of workplace safety. Responsibilities also include coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, managing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Proven experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety, including a deep understanding of safety regulations and standards.
- Strong Organization and Time Management skills to effectively coordinate resources, schedules, and personnel on-site.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Budgeting, with the ability to track costs and adhere to financial constraints while meeting project goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and project plans.
