An award-winning company with a solid history of success; we are seeking individuals who want to join us as we grow and expand our mission of delivering exceptional residential experiences.Primary Responsibilities for the Leasing Consultant:Providing top quality customer service to prospective and current residentsConducting onsite community tours and leasing apartments to prospective residentsWorking with residents on lease renewalsSupporting marketing efforts promoting the community to prospective and renewing residents including social media, open house, offsite, and community eventsPreparing and assisting with all leasing documentation with strict adherence to all applicable regulations and policiesMaintaining a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, concessions, vacancies, availability, and community offeringsCollecting security deposits, rent and other funds as neededWorking closely with onsite management and maintenance teams to provide residents with top quality serviceUnderstanding and complying with all Fair Housing laws and standardsPerforming regular inspections of tour routes, models, and vacant apartments on a regular basis and working with onsite team to address any issues that ariseParticipating in training seminarsThe Properties: The Point at Eisenhower Square The Point at Falls ChurchThe Point at RiseThe Point at FairfaxThe Point at RestonThe Point at HerndonWhat We’re Looking for in a Leasing Consultant Candidate:Valid driver's license required and reliable transportationProven track record as a Leasing ConsultantMust be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingHigh school diploma or GED equivalentA minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experienceCustomer service, hospitality, or product sales backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platformsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain a “can do” attitude to ensure the property’s successFlexibility to work required schedule including weekendsSuccessful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employmentWhat We Offer:Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefitsHealth Care and Dependent Care FSA and HSA.401(k) with Company Match after 2 months of serviceGenerous Paid Time off. 17 PTO days, 2 Floating Holidays and 7 Company Paid Holidays.
