An award-winning company with a solid history of success; we are seeking individuals who want to join us as we grow and expand our mission of delivering exceptional residential experiences.Primary Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:Providing effective maintenance throughout all areas of the propertyWorking closely with Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and on-site management team to deliver top quality service to residentsDelivering professional, quality services to residents and responding to service requests in a timely mannerAdhering to all applicable safety codes/standards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocolsEffective completion of apartment turnover process for efficient resident move-insPerforming various community maintenance services relating to plumbing repair, appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and repairsOperating various hand tools and power tools as necessary to complete required workEstablishing effective relationships with vendors and partnersMaintaining regular and on-call work schedules to meet property’s needsParticipating in training seminarsThe Property - The Point at ExtonClass A Property342 UnitsBuilt in 2022Ideal location just minutes from Route 30 and the PA TurnpikeDedicated onsite management and maintenanceWhat We’re Looking for in a Maintenance Technician Candidate:Valid driver's license requiredMust be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingGreat people skills and a desire to provide residents an exceptional residential experience through superior in-person service and quality maintenance servicesHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1 to 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a residential propertyStrong organizational skills and efficient work styleAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentAbility to maintain a “can do” attitude to ensure the property’s successAvailability to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotation, weekends and holidaysSuccessful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employmentAbility to lift and carry up to or over 50 pounds.1 -10 pounds constantly15-25 pounds will be 25% of the time25-50 pounds will be 25% of the timeOver 50 pounds will be 10% of the timeMust be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into small spacesWhat We Offer:Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefitsHealth Care and Dependent Care FSA and HSA401(k) with Company Match after 2 months of serviceGenerous Paid Time off. 17 PTO days, 2 Floating Holidays and 7 Company Paid Holidays.
