What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Receiving Specialist position at Panasonic?
This individual will be responsible for timely and accurately posting of accounting transactions related to the processing of direct ship vendor invoices in the HOPS/InforXA system.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily receiving of direct ship purchase order in system.
Including but not limited to 3rd party vendor and intercompany invoices.
Processing of Dart system Under 10k Queue 3rd party invoice receiving
Responsible for daily management of Receiving Inbox shared email box.
Ensure proper audit accuracy and correct data entry for transactions.
Participate in annual physical inventory process.
Special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance OR high school diploma and 3 years of related work experience in finance/accounting roles
Strong attention to detail and sense of audit control.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
Ability to work in a team environment and strong individual contributor.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM Dynamics, and InforXA.
