We are seeking a Mailing Services Technician (MST) to support the Mailing Services area of the business by providing education and help desk services to the sales team, production team and customers, as well as providing all data processing services needed to smoothly and economically move product through the mail stream.
Key Responsibilities
Education/Experience: BA/BS Degree or 3 years related experience.
BCC Mail Manager software experience a plus!
Hours are 7:45 am - 4:30 pm, M-F with some overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- The MST acts as liaison between customers, sales representatives, production departments, the Postal Service and management to ensure the satisfactory production and delivery of printed materials that have distribution by U.S.P.S. Bulk Mail Entry services or other mass distribution providers.
- The MST facilitates customers’ needs in storage and/or distribution of printed products and works with customers to determine the most economical mail options available.
- Prepares mailing files for addressing the printed mail piece, using software certified by the U.S.P.S., and is responsible for mail piece design approval to ensure postal regulations are met.
- The MST is responsible for entering mail piece specifications, designing the label template, processing Move Updates, CASS Certifications and preparing Postal Presorts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: BA/BS Degree or 3 years related experience.
BCC Mail Manager software experience a plus!
- Ability to efficiently operate a computer.
- Previous experience with the import and export of computer files.
- Experience with spreadsheets required.
- This is a highly detail-oriented position that requires the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
