Branch Operations Specialist

We are looking for an individual who wants to be part of our Home Oxygen Equipment and Service team for the New York area. This is a great opportunity to support our local Veterans.

Essential Functions:
The Branch Operations Specialist (BOS) oversees general operations and the administrative function and activities of their respective branch under the direction of the Director of Home Care Operations. The BOS is responsible for making sure that all employees adhere to branch operations guidelines as well as ensure all systems operate smoothly and efficiently according to established policy and procedures, Joint Commission, and the Veterans Administration contract. The BOS is also responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through their knowledge of the services we provide.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Problem solver who can multi-task.
- Technical skills in materials and inventory management, delivery scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience & Education:
- Associate's Degree; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree - Preferred.
- 2 years Home care and/or DME experience - Preferred.
- 1 Year experience in Scheduling/Coordinating experience - Preferred
- Experience in measurement of performance to company goals and standards and establishment of targets for improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee relations.
