Toddler Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners during their critical early development years. Duties

• Design and implement age-appropriate activities that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of toddlers.
• Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety at all times within the classroom and during outdoor activities.
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, sharing, and respect among children.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that stimulates exploration and learning.
• Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, napping, and hygiene practices in accordance with health standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development and special education needs.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or nannying setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills within early childhood education environments.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for toddler care.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or behavior management are advantageous.
• Familiarity with infant care routines and experience caring for children with diverse needs enhances your effectiveness as a teacher.
• Proven ability to engage children through nurturing caregiving, babysitting, or teaching roles that promote positive growth experiences. Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
