Role Overview:
Work on UCPath PeopleSoft HCM (Benefits & Benefits Admin), developing enhancements, resolving defects, and improving UI/UX Fluid components. Partner with business/technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, debug & deploy complex PeopleSoft solutions
- Production support, issue triage, defect resolution & data analysis
- Author technical specs, test plans & system documentation
- Lead enhancements, integration, conversions & migrations
- Apply secure coding & best practices
Tech Skills:
- PeopleSoft HCM Benefits, Base Benefits, Benefits Admin
- Application Engine, CI, Integration Broker, BI Publisher
- Fluid/UI: Tiles, Event Mapping, Page Field Configurator, Related Content
- Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL
- STAT/PHIRE migration experience preferred
