What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Outreach Coordinator and Sales Rep position at Pamer Family Chiropractic?
We are looking for a Chiropractic Sales Rep who is eager to combine their passion for chiropractic care, healthcare experience, and sales ambition to make a difference while advancing their career.
We are a family focused, Chiropractic wellness clinic that seeks to provide the highest quality services to our community so they can reach their God-given potential. We see infants through elderly, with a focus on health maintenance. We put a high priority on family care and educate our patients on chiropractic, lifestyle, and nutrition so they are able to achieve and then maintain their health transformation.
This is a dynamic role with a focus on both in-office event coordination and coordinating and performing outside community events (such as lunch talks, health fairs, etc.) The position does require clear, concise communication skill set, as well as a natural love of people. We do training weekly and quarterly to sharpen our team individually and as a unit.
- Responsibilities: Promote and sell our cutting-edge chiropractic solutions to clients who need them most. Build relationships, educate prospects, and inspire them with the benefits of our healthcare solutions. Turn leads into sales, and sales into career-defining achievements!
- Qualifications: Must love public interaction, have strong people and communication skills, enjoy speaking in front of small groups (2-6 people), as well as ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to a flexible work schedule, we also offer a competitive base rate of $20/hour as well as an un-capped commission so your earning potential is only limited by your hustle. As we grow, so will your opportunities!
On-the job training is provided, though experience with interpersonal client and/or patients, and sales are a plus. Script training and memorization is required, but once it's learned, it's "plug and play!" Occasional weekends may be required (quarterly).
