Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. We value individuals with a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor product quality and perform routine checks to meet standards.

• Assist with material handling, packaging, and labeling of products.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior manufacturing or production machine operation experience REQUIRED.

• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
