What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Driver / Crew Memeber position at Palughi Landscape Services,Inc?
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Driver / Crew Member to safely transport the crew, equipment, and materials to and from job sites while actively participating in daily landscape maintenance operations. This is a working position that requires both driving responsibilities and hands-on labor.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company trucks and trailers.
- Load, unload, and secure landscaping equipment.
- Mow residential and commercial properties.
- Perform string trimming (weed whacking), edging, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots.
- Assist with mulching, shrub trimming, spring and fall cleanups, and other landscape maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, fueling, and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and provide excellent customer service.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work efficiently.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on position. The driver is expected to work alongside the crew throughout the day and contribute to completing all scheduled landscape maintenance services efficiently and professionally.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
