Sales Engineer – Interconnect Division
Location: Hybrid | Preferred: Tustin, CA and Austin/Dallas, TX
PalPilot Corp is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our Interconnect Division. This is an
ideal role for an entry-level technical sales who is eager to develop both technical and
commercial expertise. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, training, and a clear career path
toward technical account management and project leadership.

What You’ll Do
1. Support the Sales Cycle: Research leads, assist with quoting, prepare technical
proposals, and help close opportunities
2. Engage Customers: Provide technical guidance, answer engineering queries, conduct
product demos, and trouble shoot client technical queries.
3. Bridge Teams: Coordinate between customers, factories, and engineering to ensure
alignment and delivery
4. Technical Documentation: Help translate requirements into drawings/specs, review
test reports, and ensure compliance
5. Attend Trade Shows & Customer Visits: Represent PalPilot at industry events and
onsite meetings (up to 20% travel)
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- 0–2 years of experience (internships count!)
- Strong technical communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics in simple terms.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive team player
- Familiarity with CAD tools, SolidWorks/AutoCAD, and CRM systems (preferred)
- Ability to travel (Trade Shows, Customer Visits, Seminars…)
