Clerical/Records Assistant – Human Resources
Campus location: San Marcos
Hours per week: Up to 30 hours per week
Work schedule: Hours will be assigned during normal business hours, Monday – Friday.
Hourly pay rate: $18.40
Job duties: Assist the department with supporting records management operations with a focus on filing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital records. Responsibilities include scanning and indexing documents, ensuring accurate data entry, organizing files for easy retrieval, and maintaining document confidentiality. Provide back up front desk coverage support as needed to include answering phones, greeting visitors, and making copies. Perform other related clerical duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade and six months of related experience. Training will be provided.
