Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of nursing activities within the healthcare facility.
Pay Starting: $104,000 per year based on experience and skillset

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- BLS and First Aid certification required
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of nurses by providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive patient care experience
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and report generation
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for the nursing team
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of nursing staff
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management to address any issues or concerns
