Palogix Supply Chain Services is seeking a high-performing, strategic, and hands-on Transportation & Logistics Sales Executive to drive revenue growth while building and leading a scalable sales organization. This role is responsible not only for securing new business and expanding key accounts, but also for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of top-tier sales professionals. The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of building winning sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth across transportation and logistics services
  • Identify and secure high-value clients, including enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales approach
  • Own and achieve sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics


Team Building & Development

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales professionals
  • Establish a strong sales culture focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize individual and team success
  • Design and implement training programs, sales processes, and best practices
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance management systems


Management & Operations

  • Lead day-to-day sales operations, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Develop scalable sales structures and territories to support company growth
  • Implement CRM tools and sales enablement systems to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Analyze sales data and performance to drive informed decision-making


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of freight, brokerage, 3PL, or supply chain solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
