Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth across transportation and logistics services
- Identify and secure high-value clients, including enterprise and strategic accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales approach
- Own and achieve sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Team Building & Development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales professionals
- Establish a strong sales culture focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize individual and team success
- Design and implement training programs, sales processes, and best practices
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance management systems
Management & Operations

Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of freight, brokerage, 3PL, or supply chain solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
