Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed property tours and answering all leasing inquiries with enthusiasm
- Manage the leasing process from initial contact through lease signing, including data entry into Yardi and CRM IQ property management systems.
- Promote available units through upselling techniques while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Prepare and review lease contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met, and documentation is accurate.
- Maintain organized filing of leasing documents and tenant records in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with property maintenance coordination by communicating tenant requests effectively and tracking service requests and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving conflicts professionally, managing landlord-tenant law issues, and fostering positive relationships with residents
Requirements
- Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with Yardi and CRM IQ.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with effective conflict management abilities.
- Office experience, including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks such as contracts and legal documentation processing.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
