About Us:
We’re a professionally managed apartment community seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper / Painter
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks: painting, minor repairs etc.)
- Complete basic maintenance and repair work orders (plumbing, electrical, hardware, etc.)
- Keep property grounds clean and free of trash and debris (daily walkthroughs)
- Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, dumpster areas, and other common spaces
- Support pool maintenance and follow safety procedures (training provided)
- Use basic tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist the maintenance supervisor with other property tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in property maintenance, make-ready, or similar role
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Ability to use hand tools and small power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to walk the property and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
