This role plays a critical part in creating a seamless candidate experience and ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process from scheduling interviews and managing logistics to supporting onboarding and new hire orientation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring the best talent to Palmetto.

Strategic & Tactical
Candidate Experience & Scheduling
- Manage all aspects of interview coordination for candidates across multiple roles and functions, including complex multi-panel scheduling and rescheduling needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a positive, timely, and professional experience.
- Greet and host candidates visiting the Charlotte office, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for interviews.
- Maintain accuracy and organization of interview loops, scorecards, and feedback timelines within Greenhouse.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with Greenhouse data entry, job postings, and requisition management.
- Ensure timely completion of background checks, and reference checks as needed.
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to coordinate new hire onboarding and assist in facilitating the new hire rotation program.
- Support employee engagement efforts tied to onboarding and orientation.
- And other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support (fast-paced, growth-oriented company experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate and new hire experiences.
