At Palmetto Propane, were not just offering a job - were offering the opportunity to grow with a family-owned company that values integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.We are seeking a dedicatedCustomer Service/Inside Sales Representativeto assist residential and commercial customers, coordinating with sales and office staff through in-person, telephone, and computer-based communication.Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:Assist customers with bill payments, propane orders, and service inquiriesGenerate showroom sales through product knowledge and by identifying customer needs.Refill propane gas cylinders and RV tanks.Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.Open and close the store, balance cash drawer, and make bank deposits.Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, bathroom, and storage areas.Manage showroom inventory by entering new items and verifying stock.Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer interactions and phone calls.Perform all other duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of customer service experienceStrong communication and computer skills (required).Ability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 lbs regularly.Outgoing, engaging personality with a strong work ethic.Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.Disclaimer & Approvals:The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
