The Success Coach is a full-time, on-site role located in Orangeburg, SC. The primary responsibility of the role is to support individuals as they navigate their career development and educational needs by providing effective coaching and mentorship. Key tasks include offering career counseling, assisting with the development of personalized employment plans, delivering skill-building sessions, and connecting participants with appropriate community resources. The Success Coach will work closely with diverse clients to help eliminate barriers to employment and foster sustainable success in their personal and professional goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to empathize and effectively interact with a diverse group of clients.
• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals in making informed educational and career decisions.
• Background in Education and skill-building to support the career development needs of individuals.
• Ability to demonstrate cultural competency and work compassionately with diverse populations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, or education) required.
• Previous experience in a coaching or mentoring role is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
