Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Commercial/Industrial Foreman experience
- MA Journeyman’s Electrical License with the ability and willingness to obtain a Master's License
- Knowledge of the NEC and how to apply it to a project effectively
- OSHA 10 card
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to accurately estimate time, cost, materials, and labor
- Able to work and communicate with Engineers and Architects regularly and respectfully
- Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Directly supervise field employees in accordance with organizational policies
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
- Manage foreman scheduling
- Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimate changes and adjustments
- Assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs against bids throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare estimates for vendor or subcontractor selection
- Review material and labor requirements to determine whether to produce or purchase components
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and external organizations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
