We are a privately owned mixed animal veterinary practice that has proudly served the North Country since 1958. Our Client Service Representatives are the heart of our front desk operations - creating positive experiences for clients while helping keep our hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
Position Details
- Pay: $21–$24/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with a rotating schedule
- Full-time position
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Checking clients in and out for appointments
- Processing payments and handling financial transactions
- Communicating clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
- Assisting clients with prescription and online pharmacy requests
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Helping create a welcoming and compassionate environment for clients and patients alike

- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

- Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Is compassionate, professional, and dependable
- Veterinary or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
