Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented painters for a high-end residential interior repaint project. This project requires precision, cleanliness, and the ability to produce a smooth, professional finish on walls, trim, doors, and cabinetry.
The home includes extensive trim work, interior doors, and kitchen cabinetry that will be painted to a fine finish standard. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team environment and maintaining a clean, organized job site at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and protect all surfaces (masking, covering floors, furniture, etc.)
- Sand, caulk, patch, and prep drywall and trim surfaces
- Apply primer and finish coats to walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Spray and/or brush/roll cabinetry and trim to a high-quality finish
- Maintain clean lines and consistent coverage (no runs, drips, or overspray)
- Keep work areas clean and organized daily
- Follow project timelines and communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:
- 3 years of interior painting experience (high-end residential preferred)
- Experience with cabinet painting and/or fine finish spraying (strongly preferred)
- Ability to prep and paint trim and doors to a smooth finish
- Familiarity with sprayers (airless and/or HVLP)
- Own basic hand tools (brushes, rollers, sanding tools, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in occupied homes
- Knowledge of fine finish products (enamels, cabinet coatings, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality

- Location: Spring, TX area
- Duration: ~2 weeks
- Schedule: Full-time hours available
- Pay: Based on experience ($–$ per day/hour)
